If you encounter any major quality issue including Torn Belt, Broken Buckle with your leather belt, you can request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the belt must be unused and returned along with the original receipt and packaging. The item will be thoroughly inspected upon return to verify the issue before processing your refund.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only within 48 hours of receiving your order. To qualify for an exchange, the belt must be unused and in its original condition, including tags and packaging. Please contact our support team immediately if you wish to exchange your belt.
If the exchange request is not approved due to product condition or other reasons, the customer will be responsible for paying the delivery charges for returning the item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your belt arrives damaged or defective, please notify us at the time of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund. In case the exchange or return is not approved, any delivery charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
